Management
DekelOil's management team benefits from broad expertise in the initiation and successful implementation of large-scale projects on the one hand; and from 30 years of experience and accumulated know-how in agro-industry, on the other hand. The members of this multidisciplinary team of executives, entrepreneurs and agronomists has been involved in planning, implementing, and managing agricultural, agro-industrial, and food processing projects in diverse economical, political, and agricultural environments, in various countries on several continents.
The main members of DekelOil's management include:
Mr. Youval Rasin – CEO, PCA (Président Conseil d'Administration)
An advocate by profession; has been serving in a variety of senior
management positions for approximately a decade.
Mr. Yeshayu Gilad – Managing Director & COO
Benefits from 30 years of experience and expertise in planning,
developing and managing agro-industrial projects worldwide.
Mr. Shai Kol – CFO
A CPA with years of experience in financial and management positions,
has acquired broad international experience.
Mr. Yizhak Weiner – Senior Consultant, Oil Production Plants
Has been active in the field of oil operations, including extraction,
production and refining since the early 1990s, as well as in other
agro-industrial fields.
Dr. Daniel Boa (PhD) – Vice President & Senior Agronomist
Has been actively involved in agricultural research since the late 1970s.
Specializes in managing agricultural research stations, institutes and
agricultural projects.
Dr. N'Gouandi Benjamin Adon – Senior Consultant in Oil Palm
Genetics
Dr. Adon's is an expert in genetic improvement of oil palms and has
been a researcher at the National Center of Agricultural Research of
Ivory Coast for the past 15 years.
